A report that helps reproduce a problem
- Tool URL and browser name/version, plus your operating system.
- File format, approximate dimensions and size, and how many files were selected.
- The step that failed, the error text, and whether retrying a single file changes the result.
- For a guide correction, the affected paragraph and a link to supporting documentation.
Do not send personal photos, identity documents, GPS information or original file names. A non-sensitive sample you created yourself is preferable if an example is needed later. You can also report the problem without a sample.
Before writing
Check conversion help, the iPhone PDF guide or the Windows HEIC guide. Our tools cannot recover a damaged original or make a photo-based PDF searchable with OCR.
