Choose the output you actually need
Use HEIC to PDF for a document, HEIC to JPG for a widely supported photo, or the HEIC viewer to inspect a photo before deciding. For mixed JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP and HEIC/HEIF files, use Image to PDF.

A file below 10MB can still need substantial memory when decoded. A 4032 × 3024 image needs about 46.5 MiB for one RGBA pixel buffer alone; previews, canvases and PDF data add more. If the tab closes on a phone, try one photo at a time.
A file will not preview or convert
An unsupported extension, an oversized file and a decoding failure are different problems. Renaming .heic to .jpg does not convert the contents. Download the original from cloud storage first and check that it opens on the source device. Retry the failed file in the PDF tool; remove it to convert the remaining files. If it still fails, export JPEG or PNG from an app that can open the original. See the Windows guide.
The PDF is blurry, large or has white space
PDF output contains compressed JPEG images, not searchable text. Higher quality can retain more detail but does not restore detail absent from the original. Choose a lower quality for a smaller file, then inspect small text at 100%. A4 and Letter keep their paper proportions; Fit follows each image's proportions. Transparent areas become white. Changing margins does not crop the source photo.
Download and privacy checks
Click Download after conversion. Separate output with several images is a ZIP containing PDFs; open the archive to find them. Browser download settings determine where the file is saved. Keep the tab open until the download begins. This tool cannot verify that the browser has saved a file successfully.
File conversion runs on your device. The website can still make requests for its code and analytics; local processing does not mean the entire website is offline. Read the privacy policy. For unresolved problems, contact us with the tool, browser version, approximate dimensions and error message; leave out personal images and file names.
